If your dogs chest is between two sizes and is a narrow dog, smaller size is recommended. If they are a wider dog, the larger size is recommended.

Love but not staffy proof

I have these packs for both my staffies and I love the thickness and the details on there with their names added, but while they were playing they were able to easily rip the collar and destroy, so I know know to not leave the collars on them

I got one for my 50 lb female pittbull and one for my 60 lb male pitbull/boxer mix both size large. They fit well and are SO easy to slip on and off. This is definetly the best harness out there right now. Though I have to say I would like it if they were a bit thicker.
