How do I wash my harness?
Hand wash only in cold water. Please remove velcro label prior to washing. Velcro labels are not to be washed but may be wiped down.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed we aim to process it within 24 hours and may not be able to change or cancel your order.
Please email support@dogfriendlyco.com and we will do our best to process your request.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to provide a refund for change of mind, wrong colour or wrong size orders provided they are lodged within 30 days of your order being delivered. For our full refunds and return policy see here
